Presenting MOJWJ’s 2023 Annual Report

At MO JwJ, our members are the heartbeat of our organization. We could not do this work without you. And you do a lot, whether it’s standing alongside workers, driving to Jefferson City and meeting with legislators, gathering signatures on a ballot initiative, knocking doors on issues, or donating money to fund this work. You show up! Every action is a huge investment in building power for real people. We promise to continue organizing and fighting together with you.

In 2023, workers made some real gains and it has been an honor to stand alongside them and bolster their organizing. When workers recognize their collective power, they can take on the boss and win. With your leadership, we can move ambitious local and statewide policies that center and lift up workers and their families. Just like we won better wages, union contracts, defended our democracy, and expanded healthcare access, we can join together and build a Missouri that works for all of us, not just the wealthy few.
