Let's Raise Wages & Deliver Paid Sick Time to Missourians

We’re gathering 200,000 signatures to put earned paid sick time and a $15/hour minimum wage on the ballot. We are 2/3s of the way there – we need your help to get 70,000 more signatures!

NO ONE should have to choose between their paycheck and their family’s health. NO ONE working full-time should have to live in poverty. However, this is NOT the reality in Missouri. That’s why we are coming together again to do what the legislature won’t for hardworking Missourians.

The Missourians for Healthy Families and Fair Wages Initiative will:

Gradually raise Missouri’s minimum wage to $15/hour by 2026
Allow workers to earn one hour of paid sick time off for every 30 hours worked
- This is about 7 days a year for full-time workers at larger companies
- This is about 5 days a year for full-time workers at smaller companies

The Missourians for Health Families and Fair Wages initiative rewards hardworking Missourians by making sure they can care for their families and keep food on the table.

We need to gather more than 200,000 signatures to put Missourians for Healthy Families and Fair Wages on the 2024 ballot – and we need your help to get there!
