Thousands March on 4/15 with Fast Food Workers
Last week, hundreds of thousands of people took to the streets and demanded $15 and a union
for low-wage workers throughout the country. In Kansas City and St. Louis, over a thousand people participated in a rally and march to amplify this demand. We marched in solidarity with the workers leading the Stand Up KC
and Show Me 15
campaigns and we made a difference. The fast food workers, home healthcare workers, retail workers, gas station workers, and adjunct professors leading this new labor movement still have ways to go. We showed them they can count on us to have their backs. Thanks to all who joined us.
